About Jonathan Mackintosh
Born and brought up in Lochardil, Inverness, I have been in the trade for 22 years and I am passionate about all aspects of joinery work from fitting a lock to complete new builds. I take immense pride in my work and my number one priority is simple; to ensure that my clients are happy with the work being done on their project, from concept right through to completion, and beyond.
When I first view a client’s joinery project, I always take an honest approach and offer the best advice specific to their needs, leaning on my experience and lessons learned through my years in the trade. Once contracted for a project I make every effort to discuss daily progress with the client to ensure there is full transparency from the start, helping to build a good working relationship and to instill confidence as early as possible. If I feel something maybe hasn’t been designed as best as it could, I like to offer constructive suggestions on what could be achieved.
Minimising disruption to clients’ lives and to their property is key, therefore, I follow a strict agreed schedule to get the project finished in the time discussed at quotation stage.
