Mr and Mrs MacKintosh couldn't find a house they were looking for so decided to buy the property on this site and demolish it, allowing them to build something they've always dreamed of.
Using their planning approved design we brought their modern new home to life. Externally the property is given curb appeal with white K-rend and contrasting Nordan aluminium anthracite windows & granite stone work. Internally the home is beautifully finished with high quality fixtures and fittings including a modern kitchen supplied by Ashley Ann kitchens and fitted by ourselves. A key feature of the build is the Oak open tread staircase that creates a beautiful first impression when coming through the front door.
The finished house has provided the family with a luxurious modern and comfortable living space.
